"We employed Ash Lynskey (Enterprise Builders Ltd) to carry out renovations to our lakeside property in Rotorua. The work done included replacement of a skylight above the kitchen, new doors and door surrounds throughout the whole house all done in American white oak and replacement of all ceiling lighting with LED down lights. The whole kitchen was renovated with tile floor replacing cork tiles, new cupboard fronts, granite bench tops replacing the previous laminated tops and installation of a new oven and gas stove top. Wardrobes in 2 bedrooms had front sliding doors replaced with bi-fold oak doors. Ash also arranged for two aircon units to be installed. Outside Ash co-ordinated the tiling of our large concrete deck facing Lake Rotorua.Ash was a pleasure to deal with throughout. All the work carried out by himself and his employees was of a very high standard. The sub-contractors employed were the very best and all their work impeccable.
